I'm taking a class again; this one is about shifting perspective and seeing things in a new way.  Last week this video was shared.  I love it. It reminds us that good does happen every day all around us.  Unfortunately, the media tends to focus on the negative.  This video shows that there is more worth taking a look at. Take a peek and then start looking for the good around you that you may be missing.

Focus on the positive and change your perspective. You will be pleasantly surprised by what happens.

It's a course offered from Tracey Selingo called shift_option_save. I know it's not going to speak to everyone, but it spoke to me. I'm truly enjoying it.

I just looked at the course, it looks very interesting. I like where she said "you are the captain and the crew". It reminded me of the poem "Invictus". I wear a necklace with the last 2 lines etched on it as a reminder.
